I want to be 20 pounds lighter by my birthday in May. It's not so mini I guess. But I'm tracking away every day and seeing weight FINALLY come off.

I have done keto in the past, but could not stay on it for more than a couple months at a time. It does something wacky to my hormones and my hair will start to fall out. I've done all the research. Some said to up the protein while others said to up the fat, but just couldn't sustain it without going bald. I enjoyed that…

About 9 pounds away from being seeing onederland. I've been working on this goal since December of 2016, only losing about 30 pounds since then, but I finally realized the less I try, the better I do. Meaning, in the past, I've gone hard core, exercising like a maniac, counting every morsel, low carb, low fat, low cal,…

My goal is to be able to fit into all the summer clothes I actually like by mid June for vacation.

May 23, my birthday. I'm hoping to drop 15 more pounds before then so I can fit into a dress I haven't worn in a couple years. Mid June, annual beach vacation, I'm hoping to be 23 pounds down by then, which would put me under 200.

Feel free to add me. Restarting after 6 months. At least I didn't put all the weight back on. Looking to lose another 70 - 80 pounds. I just started dabbling in the weight room at the gym.

Like most here, I weigh myself daily. I stopped weighing myself for awhile and gained so much back. It's just another tool for accountability imo.

Pretty much every time I work with my trainer I get hit in the face with a ball. The first couple of times it was embarrassing, now it's just a part of the routine.

I'm also looking for some active friends. Feel free to add me.

I've lost 38, but still have about 50 to go! I am also looking for some friends to stay motivated with.

1. Be healthier 2. Live longer 3. Stop hiding from cameras 4. To buy the clothes I like instead of just what fits 5. More energy 6. More confidence 7. So that my weight won't dictate what I can/can't do 8. Not feel like the fat sister 9. To prove to myself that I can do it 10. Because I'm worth the effort

You have done a great job! You look great!

Last night I went out to eat with my family. It's a tradition for us to go out to eat on Halloween because the trick or treaters used to scare my kids when he was little. I ate a cheesesteak and fries and followed it up with a big brownie at home. I weighed 1.5lbs more this morning than I did a couple days ago, but I'm not…

An awesome vacation to New Zealand with the husband. I can't freaking wait for that. :)

That only helps if you don't lick the spoon. :)

Mmm. Bacon cheeseburger and reese's peanut butter cups. Especially the holiday ones. The reese's Christmas trees always taste better.

I'm 5'2" and last year I started at 240. Currently I'm 195.

I have scored awesome jeans for $15 at the gap outlet. I don't know if you live near one, but if you do it's worth it to check out. They are my favorite jeans and sadly (but not so sadly) they are becoming to big for me. I'll have to go back in the next month and get more. :)

My sister and I joined the gym at the same time. I was really pumped, but also realized that my schedule is so different from hers that we wouldn't likely be able to go at the same time every day. So I told her up front I didn't want to feel pressured into being her motivation. If I can't go to the gym one day I didn't…

OBX in August. Love it there.

Really nice jeans. I tend to buy old navy jeans when they're on sale just because they're cheap. And they fit my huge butt when other stores didn't. But the smaller I get the more I realize I don't actually like Old Navy jeans at all. They stretch out way too fast and you end up looking like you have "mom butt."

This is the best news ever.

I toss all my clothes that get too big for me. My motivation is I am cheap and don't want to have to buy fat clothes ever again. I also stay motivated by taking pictures of my progress. Sometimes it's really hard to see daily, but if you take a weekly or monthly picture you can see the changes and it makes you want to keep…

I used to weigh myself on an analog scale, but one day I discovered that it was weighing me 10lbs lighter than every other scale! What a blow to the self esteem. So I broke down last year and bought a digital scale and have stuck with that one ever since. Extra 10 lbs and all. I've discovered that my digital scale is only…

add me if you like

I weigh myself everyday, but only record it if it's a loss of pound or more really. I do it because it helps keep me accountable. When I don't weigh myself every day and I end up going longer and longer between weighing myself. And well the last time that happened.... I ended up gaining so much I got scared to step on the…
