    Getting to the 160's I'm a little over 7lbs away
  • I'm going to a wedding in April and bought a dress I would love to feel confident in. I bought a size smaller than I would usually get so between now and then I plan on hitting the gym and eating the right foods

    Starting a new job in 2 months, want to be down 4kg by then, which should be very doable :)

    My mini goal for this week is to eat within my daily calorie budget 6 out of 7 days and then eat to maintenance or a bit below on the 7th day.

    I'm 7.5 lbs away from the halfway point to my UGW. Hoping to lose it by April. Might be tricky as I have a few birthdays to celebrate in March.

    Mini goals. They’re what keep me going.

    March 9 - hoping to have lost 3lbs from last weigh in and look significantly better in progress photos.
    April 9 - down another 4-5 lbs and feel somewhat okay in a swim suit during April break
    May 30 - look amazing in shorts at my step sons birthday party
    June 10 - be within 10lbs of initial goal weight/re evaluate goals
