I have two mini-goals. The first is to squat more than my body weight at the gym. I'm within 30 pounds of hitting that one. The second is to run a sub-12 minute mile. I've done it before, but it was 3 years ago. Right now I am can consistently run a 13 minute mile, so I have some work to do in order to get this one within striking distance.5

My new mini goal is to hit 213. I'm at 226.5 right now, down from 237 at the beginning of the year (highest weight was around 248 a couple years ago). I've been losing the same 10-20 pounds or more many times over the last fifteen years or so but the lowest recorded weight I have in that time is 214. Definitely want to get to One-derland but first step is to get lower than I have been in a long, long time.3

My "mini" goal is getting as ready as I can for the upcoming race season. There's a hard date when it starts, and while that is far from the end of my fitness needs, that's the "get through the winter grind" motivator right now. Only 5 more weeks to get as much out of my bad leg as I can before it's got to perform!
Feeling like the rest of me is doing pretty well - still lots of room for continued improvement, but that leg is the one thing I know is going to hold me back more than anything, physically speaking anyways.1 -
it was to hit 200lbs, but I just figured out (thanks @JustSomeEm) what ONEDERLAND is, so that's it.4

My husband and I are going on our first kidless vacation since having kids in about a month and a half (our kids are 10 and 7). I've set my goal to lose 5 lbs by then. Ideally, I'd like to lose more but I'm not sure that is realistic. Then, my next goal will be another 5 lbs by the end of March when we hit up SoCal for spring break and then another 5 lbs by the end of July to be at my goal weight by the time my 20 year high school reunion rolls around.
Hit my first 5 lb mini goal today and still have a week before our vacation. Yay. Right on track.15 -
