I started week 3 (Phase 1) this past Saturday and have lost 8 pounds so far. 6 Pounds came in the first week and 2 for the second week. I do want to be LEAN..... my biggest area of concern is my belly..... I am 5'4 and 135lbs.... Body Revolution is similar to P90x ... biggest difference is that it is only 30-35 min instead of 60.

Thanks! Ughhhh.. I so want to start lifting... and Jillian's Body Revolution lasts 90days.... it will be hard to wait that long. Sigh

I did the extra cardio the first three days and I did stick to a 1200 cal diet. I used some things from her menu but mostly just ate within my 1200 calories.
