I did the 30ds for the month of January. I didn't take any rest days. However Jillian does normally suggest 1 or 2 rest days a week for her workouts. I couldn't bring myself to take a day off but that depends on the person. These are my results:

A calorie is a calorie... Some foods will help you stay full longer though and help with binge eating. I've found if I eat more proteins and fiber I'm less likely to snack in between meals :)

Lol @ tricksee. Yes water intake is very important! I took a peek at your diary. Mfp sets carb levels quite high IMO. I would try cutting back on carbs and sugars and add in some more lean meats and veggies.

It took me about a week or so. Just push yourself to do as many as you possibly can and add more each time you do them. Your amount on the first day should be close to double after a week or so.

Eating more doesn't always work for everyone. I tried it and only ended up gaining so I'm going back down from 1600 to 1300. At 1300 is where I lost most of my weight. I'm 5'3"
