I'm slowly getting back on the wagon after a few months of slacking ???? anyone is welcome to add me as well. Spending a couple of weeks getting my calorie intake under control then I'll be incorporating in an exercise routine that suits me :)

One bad day of eating will not make you gain weight just as one good day of clean eating will not make you lose weight. Just get beyond it and make the majority of your days good ones :)

I'm restarting my insanity/Chalean extreme hybrid I'd be happy to add ya

In my experience strength training has most effectively changed the way my body looks. I do generally eat a calorie deficit so I'm not going to gain any muscle but strength training will help maintain more of your muscle mass if you are looking to lose some body fat.

I'm also a fan of fitness blender. I love their HIIT workouts :)

Pancakes and muffins. Tried them in a protein shake once and they made me gag????

Running IS a warm up all by itself. Stretching before your muscles and body are warmed up is bad! And walking... Boooooring!

Chalean Extreme is a good one :) I'm currently doing an Insanity/Chalean extreme hybrid. 3 days insanity and 3 days of lifting with Chalean. Love it!

I've tried the green coffee bean pills and the raspberry ketones and didn't notice any effects at all but my husband says the green coffee bean ones make him very energetic. I guess everyone's different when it comes to that stuff

I've been there. Alot of trial and error to find what works for me. You will get there just be patient and don't give up :)

I love lifting weights! Ill add you :) I'm currently doing a beachbody hybrid program consisting of Insanity and Chalean Extreme. I've done both the 30 day shred and Ripped in 30 along with several of Jillian's other DVDs. I definitely recommend Chalean Extreme to anyone looking to lift. It's sort of like the P90X but no…

Being as small as you I would also recommend changing it to .5 per week

1g protein per lb of LEAN body mass. I am 128 lbs my LEAN body mass is 97 lbs. so my goal is 97g of protein a day. Sometimes on lifting days I will eat 10 to 15g extra

The biggest factor in weight loss is diet. Try to keep your macros as close as you can to goal :) sodium is my personal worst enemy. Drinks lotsa water and make sure your measuring your food :)

I'm on week 2 of an Insanity/Chalean Extreme hybrid. It's a great but hard workout. Any insanity friends welcome to add me :)

Excellent post! It's a shame how lifting heavy has made me look so gross over the past 6 months ????
-
Awesome! I'm on week 2 of a 14 week Insanity/Chalean Extreme hybrid schedule. I hoping it will help me lose those dreaded last 10 lbs. You look amazing well done!!!!

New committed friends always welcome :)

I have 10 more to go and it's been rough! Can't get the scales to budge much but I'm trying to be patient. Feel free to add me if you like :)

I agree with this post. It is your body and you are the one who needs to be happy with it. I'm about 5'4" and weigh 130 lbs and lots of people have told me not to lose anymore weight. My goal is 120 and that's the weight I believe I will be happiest with. You know your body better than anyone else so it is up to you and…

I did the 30DS in January and got some nice results. I have pics in my profile. Your welcome to add me if you like :)

It's water weight. Seriously you would have to eat like 3000 over your TDEE for a several weeks to gain 5 lbs of fat. We just have to be patient and drink lotsa water, keep on those intense workouts and wait for the metabolism to kick in.

It's definitely important to find an amount of calories you can stick with for life. Thanks for all the replies ladies ;)
