Only losing a little weight?

I have been browsing the forums here and have seen a lot of people saying that when you are not overweight and you do not have too much weight to lose it is best not to restrict your calories. MFP recommends I eat 1300 a day, and I have been following those recommendations as well as netting 1300 when I exercise. Is this too few? I am 132 lbs right now (not quite overweight) and would like to be around 115 lbs.
I also eat a very fruit and vegetable dense diet with almost no sweets or refined grains. Should I focus on exercise, or is my level of calorie restriction okay?

What weight loss did you set MFP to? Losing 0.5-1lb per week should be your goal.0 -
I have it set to 1 lb/week.0

Being as small as you I would also recommend changing it to .5 per week0

I eat 1700 a day comfortably lose 1 pound per week - I am 5'2" tall and 42 years old. I think as long as you are netting that much, you are probably just fine. My average net is more like 1300 too...0
