Sodium, Potassium and Magnesium. Ditch the skim milk and carrots. Replace the carrots with some green leafy veg.

Keto for the past month. I would love some keto friends.

Journaling before bed and cutting back on caffeine. These two are key for me. I have no trouble falling asleep but my anxiety wakes me up and keeps me up. I write in my journal before bed and if I'm up in the night I also write what's keeping me up (usually silly things - thanks anxiety). The caffeine one is brutal…

I am sorry for your loss. I can relate to what you have gone through. Be patient with yourself. Your hormones are still trying to catch up with you. Breathe. Take care of yourself. Your body and soul need to heal. I remember, when I had mine at 14 weeks, my doctor told me that it would take at least 3 months to feel back…

5'10" and I'm struggling to get the weight off. I'm here for the long term. Although my weight hasn't really changed I am fitter then ever. I've got the exercise down now it's just consistently eating healthy and getting some weight off. I have a goal weight of 185 but right now I'd like to get under 200. My hormones are…

True. We've been doing well on our own so far. You are the number cruncher though. How does it look? On our own at least we have a chance of being MVP ; ) (says the one that doesn't do the punishments if she doesn't have to).

My vote is Michonne.

Oh goodie. My favourite. Well at least it's not a form of squat.

I knew it was coming but I'm so sad. Condolences from Team Tyrese & Sasha

That's a new one for me.

I'm sorry! Bwaaa ha ha.

Oooh I like that punishment.

Kari thanks for sharing. Miscarriages are heart breaking. I have been there with you. Blessings to you and Jim that your journey to better health gives you another healthy child.

Okay my autobiography. Yikes. Here goes... I am the youngest of 4 siblings - much younger. I am the oops wasn't that a great New Year's party baby. My sisters are 8 years older than me but much smaller than me. I am tall like my Dad. Growing up I felt like a freak. People called me a "big girl" They meant tall. I heard…

Oh you guys sweet! Love it.

Jim what an amazing turn around you've had and the most precious prize of all, your son. Thanks for sharing your journey. I am enjoying being your teammate in this most-awesome challenge.

Dazz that is something that I totally would do. I forget to breathe when I do wall squats and get super dizzy. I figure eventually I'll remember to breathe. Perhaps faceplanting on floor would learn me.

Hell ya!

I meant that you donated to me so I'm donating back to you.
-
Who in return is donating 10 minutes of Wood Chops (strength) to you!
-
Thanks skittles. Can I get the muscle that also goes along with it?
-
Damn. Make me feel bad for not doing burpees last week.
-
I'm dying!

Well we're a tiny team but we'll show them what we're made of.
-
Definitely motivated to keep the team going. Hopefully everyone is on board and killing the workouts. Looking forward to the episode.
-
Yes this challenge has kicked me into gear. Don't want to let my team down.

Hey guys, I'm Ann-Marie. I love Walking Dead but my boys and hubbie are obsessed with it. Tyrese is a favourite around here. I hope I can keep up with you. I was going to bail on the challenge but then realized what a great opportunity to challenge myself. Let's do this!
