My plan for 2013, thanks to this pound a week group is to NOT get so caught up in "wt loss" but to focus more on living healthy: move more, cut out the eating out, drastically limit soda and alcohol intake, let go of the things I can't change, and the rest will come as the year unfolds :wink:

umer we will come up with the challenges later....I say we give ourselves time to get adjusted....say a week or 2 then have a person name a challege each week and those that want to participate are welcome to do so.......what do you all think?

I'm IN!!!! At 1 lb per week I could be at goal by 7/31 .....GO ME!!! Plan: TREADMILL EVERY DAY (hubby got me a Nordic track x9i for Christmas :wink: ) WEIGH DAILY AND RECORD DIET SODA 4 X PER MONTH IF I EAT OUT IT WILL BE ON SATURDAY AND I WILL RECORD WHAT I EAT RECORD ALL MY INTAKE DRINK PLENTY OF WATER LOG ON TO MFP…

I weigh daily and if I am eating right and exercising I am RARELY disappointed, and if i am upset by the result it is because the number didn't move....so I do prefer to weigh daily...but it's a personal choice (no right or wrong answer)
