Well buds I had my neck surgery yesterday so can't exercise for a bit :( which is a bummer! I will def have to watch the calories big time :# Hope everyone is making healthy choices and are safe, warm, and happy :)

I have missed on so many of my goals due to my neck issues. I should be able to do much better once I have surgery which should relieve this pain I have been in. I'm trying to do the best I can with food and water but gosh it's hard to sit and that seems all I can do :(

no morning work out for me! I have been battling neck/shoulder/arm pain for a week, so I got woke up at 130 this morning with horrible pain and have been on a heating pad all night.....just hope it improves during the day. However I will keep a positive attitude! NOTHING GONNA STOP ME NOW!!! Have a blessed and healthy day…

Well yesterday was a good first day, I didn't count Sunday as being a day in my list of November goals though as it was my "test" day ;) Today is proving to be a good day, I have worked out, prayed, read my devotional, stayed positive, so far still within my calories, just about to reach my H20 goal...I am pretty happy…
