So gross! I will admit that my 'Café Steamer' Healthy choice mushroom something or another was actually pretty good today. I need to be better about making my lunches but I have always been a go out to lunch person so it is tough to get in to preparing ahead.

This is easy (I mean the 'how to do it' is easy, the doing it....not so much). You simply set your alarm for 4:00 or 5:00 or whatever it that you need and then get up. You will be tired as all hell because you did not get enough sleep and you will get up anyhow. You then carry on with your day and you do it again the next…

So you like grilled corn I see. How many veggies have you tried grilled? I regularly grill zuchinni, acorn squash, mushrooms, potatoes, peppers, onions, corn, brussell sprouts, garlic, and I'm sure more that I can't think of quickly. Try grilling and use veggie grilling spices.

I drive through subway once or twice a week for an egg white sandwich on whole wheat english muffin with lots of veggies, salt & pepper, and no cheese. Healthy, low calorie, and surprisingly satisfying.

For me...plus or minus 50 calories...pfft! I mean, seriously, how can you eat so that your caloric intake for the day lands exactly on your goal? I would call your day a success.
