There was a medical journal published on people getting diabetes on IF and it was theorized that was because people filled those extra calories with junk. Will try to find it on bb.com and post it on here so you can have a look.

Damn you look great!!! As mentioned above the last few pounds is the hardes and it is referred to as stubborn fat. There are a few things you can try , one is to start calorie cycling and the other one is intermittent fasting (Martin Berkhan has done a few studies about this)

What is your goals? Based on your post it seems you are training for a marathon. As for strength training it is recommended not to train the same muscles on consecutive days.

What works for me is to put the alarm clock in one of the other rooms, this forces me to wake up and actually get out of bed to go shut the thing up.

Start off with the Smith Machine and set the safety brackets in place that will ensure the weight won't drop on you. Also make sure your arms are NOT in line with your shoulders as to prevent any shoulder injuries, it should be slightly bent so the bar comes down to touch your nipples and not the top end of your chest.

If your goal is to look skinny and sick then yes you shouldn't eat it back. Those that want to build muscle and improve on fitness it is vital to eat those calories, you already have a 500 cal (Recommended by MFP) deficit without any exercise.
