Measurements are more important than the scale, especially if your lean muscle mass is changing. I found that I started binging when I was trying to restrict myself to 1200-1300 calories per day. I don't keep much food at home besides veges, fruit and meat so now its really hard for me to binge.

I find it really difficult also, especially when my busy season comes along...which is about to start up again. I do calisthenics at home or get up earlier in the morning for a walk.

I am not logging. We are having salads and cold meats such as ham and chicken so I think it will actually be quite healthy. I wont eat breakfast/mid morning snack so I think I should be able to stay within 1500-2000 cals.

Thanks for posting I'm inspired! I was doing weights for about 6 weeks and started seeing result but my Weight went up 1 pound, which for some reason really discouraged me. I'm back to it now doing calistenics with 15 pound dumbels. I need to get some heavier weights

I guess I do have a pretty small frame. That picture was taken maybe 3 weeks ago and then I went off my diet. I was doing resistance exercises with dumbells. I haven't done push ups for months but I just dropped to the floor and I managed 30 real ones. Pretty shocked to be honest...:D Especially since I have had a nip of bourbon (It's my birthday)

For some reason I got really sick eating 1200-1300 calories for 6 weeks (Throat infection twice and a migraine...maybe just a coincidence?) and lost no weight but my measurements went down slightly... . This week for the past few days I ate way above maintenance and feel much better and actually have energy.

Probably today-7 funzise boost bars and nearly 2L of cookies and cream icecream (4 pints). I know it sounds rather counter intuitive, but I have over done it this week to try and break a 2 year plateau in my weight.:frown:
