I gave up 51 days ago. It's been hard but if I exercise enough it curbs a bit of stress and anxiety

I can't lose anymore hair...I don't have much left. My endo knew I had hair loss and failed to tell me it would get worse. I thought getting my levels fixed would stop my hair falling out, not make it worse. Was it definitely the medication causing your hair loss?

I guess I'm pretty lucky. My family thinks its really good I'm exercising and eating healthy.

I decided to put my calories up to 1,600. Does anyone have an ideas?
-
I think my maintenance is around 1,500-1,600 when I don't exercise. Thats from online calculators. So on average I burn about 400 calories when I exercise.

I can definitely see a difference! Great work for only 21 days.

I also get these high rates at the gym using the equipment (yes I know they are inaccurate). I get really dizzy and out of breath if the heart rate stays in the 180's for more than a few minutes. I have given the watch to my brother to wear whilst exercising to see if he gets odd readings. If the HRM was close to being…

Hey, I'm 5'2 and 117 pounds wanting to get to 108. I just sent through an invite :)
-
Yes, about 1kg each time for about 1 week

I am pretty sure it's correct because I feel my heart really pumping hard. My blood pressure is 100/70 and my resting heart rate is around 65 bpm.

I guess everyone needs to start somewhere. She is feeling the burn after a few reps with 5Lb's, so will have to build up as she gains strength.

Hey, I'm 5'2 and 117 pounds. I feel your frustration and I am experiencing the same thing. I am also not comfortable at this weight and would like to drop a few pounds back to what I was a few years ago. I am just going to keep trying...btw I have a thyroid problem and type 1 diabetes which may be stalling me.

Walking is what I do and I get my heart rate up to 175-180 by power walking up steep hills and stairs.

That's not normal at all and people on an internet forum cannot help you. It sounds like quite a serious medical issue...go to the doctor.
