I love seeing girls with guns too! This is my most recent pic and I just posted it in my success story the other day. This is a year of regular exercise including PT, cardio kick, total body sculpt, spinning, running, and yoga. The personal training and total body sculpt most contributed to my arms.

Just finished my first week of the StrongLifts 5x5 program. Took these as a starting point for some future before/after pics. I'm hoping there will be a pleasantly awesome difference.0 -

Me neither lol. Not like I get to see my back everyday lol! Apparently I have bulging triceps and laterals, too, but again, I can't exactly watch myself do tricep extensions.0 -

omg that is INCREDIBLE!!!! I'm 43 now, if I can still have guns like that at 60 then I'm hitting the iron NOW! I've been pondering whether to go for it or not, and if nothing else your pic has convinced me0 -
