  • I voted good luck!!
  • I forgot to weigh in yesterday. Well I am still 191 which isn't so bad considering I ate out a lot last week.
  • I used to consume in the 4-5000 calorie range. I had no clue that my eating was that out of control. Just stick with it and the changes will happen. They won't happen overnight. Just start small and before you know it you will be craving the healthy foods. Good luck!!
  • Jenn...Ummm maybe an electric blue. Fruits and veggies sounds like a good goal. I'm not even sure how many servings a day I consume so this should be interesting. I think I ate about 5 servings so far today and will try to eat another 1-2 before the night is over. Kimmrdodge-I am thinking about suspending my gym membership…
  • Congrats on the inches lost!! That is amazing!! Keep up the great work
  • Well I am super happy I am down 3.6 lbs to 191. This brings me out of the obese range and into the overweight range. YEAH for being overweight. HAHA. Such a big milestone for me. I was also able to get all my water in this week and exceeded my goal for exercise and did 1025 minutes. Hope you all have a good weigh in today.
  • Welcome to the new members. Looks like everyone is having a pretty good weekend. I really pushed myself this week and am super excited for weigh in on Monday. I exceeded my goal for exercise and am still going to go out tomorrow and do some more. Hope you all have a good rest of your weekend.
  • cool jenn!! Blue for me if you can. Thanks!! Water and exercise have been great so far this week. I think the exercise challenge is just what I needed.
  • Welcome!! I too started at 228 and my final goal is 133. Cool to have someone in the group with the same goals!!
  • Way to go!!!
  • So I normally walk my son to school 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon and then I do an additional 90 minute walk during the day 5 days a week. That equals 750 minutes a week. I have not been exercising on weekends so I am going to try and get some in on the weekend and set my goal 250 above that and…
  • Well it was a good week. I am down to 194.6. Not a huge loss but i will take it since TOM came. I was able to get all my water in every day. Can't wait to see how everyone else did. Sweet148angel: I am always glad when I have a big week out with not the best choices and I am able to maintain my weight. Good job!!
  • That was a great article. Thanks for sharing
  • I too wander to the kitchen. Open the fridge or freezer with out realizing it and then wonder what I am doing. I am not hungry. Just habit I guess. Glad I am not the only one who does this.
  • Thanks for that post. I needed to see something like that today:smile:
  • I'm on here everyday multiple times a day. We all need to hear those words of encouragement and someone to motivate us when we are falling. Feel free to add me too
  • I'm doing good too! I have had about 4 cups of water so far today. A few weeks ago I cut out all the soda and most flavored drinks. It is much easier now to get my water in. Every other day I allow myself a bottle of the H2oh! bubbly water. Hope everyone is having a good day!
  • wow I am so sorry that they were so mean to you. Just know that you are worth it. I have been told that I don't eat enough also and I just look at what they are eating and feel sad that they are making themselves unhealthy but I am glad that I am making a better healthier decision. Just try and ignore them when they are…
  • have a loss to report. Down to 195.0. Super excited that I surpassed my original b-day goal of 199.9. I lowered it to 191.2. Didn't quite make it and am totally ok with it. I knew it would be a stretch. Looks like everyone so far has had a good week. Keep up the great work!
  • maybe try walking walking outside or I know I have heard of walk off the pounds dvds.
  • I log everything that goes into my mouth except sugar free gum. It is the only way I can hold myself accountable. Also if I hit a plateau I then can go back and get an accurate log of what I ate and what exercise I did. This way I can tweak thinks to start losing again. If I don't log something it is out of my mind and I…
  • welcome! Starting is tough but each day it becomes easier and easier. Good luck!

  • I love this show. Even enough to buy his food revolution book. It has fantastic super easy meal plans. I have made two so far and the family has loved both. They have also been budget friendly. Sad that I will miss tonight's episode while out walking but will have to check it out online. This is a great thing that he is…
  • done. Hope your project goes well.
  • I would be leery of a product that has a name like that. Why don't you try the plan that mfp uses. Eating healthier and with in your calories etc and exercising. Below is a review that came up about the product. What is SlimQuick Extreme? In my original review of SlimQuick I gave the conclusion that SlimQuick was "an okay…
  • Jenn the chart looks great!! Thanks for doing that!!! I would be totally in for a weekly challenge.
  • That's my other food. Love them in things but not raw
  • for me it is mushrooms. I am forcing myself to but them and put them in some of the meals I cook. I cut them up super small so I can't pick them out or really tell they are there. I am hoping to acquire a taste for them. Don't ask me why. I guess I just don't want to be picky and so many of my recipes call for them.
  • Way to go!! You should be proud. That was inspiring to me as I still have my too small pants and can't wait to fit into them.
  • I don't think you need to worry. A lot of gyms give new members an orientation to teach them how to use all the equipment. Don't be afraid to ask for assistance when using something you are not familiar. A lot of machines also have directions right on them to show you how to use them. Also know that you will build…
