SO many great benefits! I can tell you that when I drink more water, I generally tend to eat better and keep my calories down, whereas when I don't drink a lot of water I tend to mistake dehydration for hunger. Thanks for the post!

Change up your routine! Do a different exercise, eat a completely different meal. Sometimes that shocks your body into losing again!
