I had my daughter when I was 18 and my son when I was 22. I should have waited longer to have my daughter but Im still very thankful for her. She made me grow up and I dont think I would be in as good a place as I am without her. We planned my son and tried for a few years to have him.

Generally you do weigh less in the morning. Also though, your first week of a dramatic lifestyle change can result in a bigger loss. Usually its water weight thats lost and not all fat. I know if I eat bad for a week and "gain" 3lbs, after a day or two of drinking tons of water that weight is gone.

I unfriend people that dont make their diary public at least to friends. I mean, seeing other peoples food intake helps motivate me to eat better, so if I cant see yours plus you are never posting anything useful, I will delete.

Are you eating back your exercise calories? It sounds like you really should be eating a bit more. Make sure to drink tons of water, low sodium, high protien and fiber.

I say diet sometimes in conversation but its not really a diet to me. I eat much smaller portions and much healthier foods. I did do a complete overhaul of my food intake when I decided to really lose the weight and get healthy.
