I have identical boys who are 10 and a 4 year old son. I still have issues with my C-section pooch even though I have hit a healthy BMI. The stretch marks I'm ok with, not the pooch!

It definitely lives up to its name! I like Insanity, but it's difficult on my knees so I have to modify. I like having a choice of workouts though and if you could keep up in TF, you should be able to do Insanity pretty well, in my opinion.

I'm partial to P90X, but my sister-in-law is getting great results with Insanity. Since you're looking for something not expensive, I would recommend Insanity since it just uses body weight. P90X requires bands at the least, but you can also get weights, pull up bar, yoga mat....

I vote for exercising at home. I have 3 boys and it's hard for me to go with them and I feel bad leaving them with my husband to go work out when I don't have enough time with hubby as it is. We work out together at home to P90X, Insanity, or right now, P90X2 after the boys go to bed.

Definitely focus on upping your veggies. Greek yogurt is great for protein and a protein powder might be a good way to go if you can't get quality meats.

I would agree that he doesn't need the Fat Burner phase. 40/40/20 should be fine for him. We use protein powder just because trying to get 150+ g of protein every day without is a lot of food. My husband and I have done P90X twice and are doing P90X2 now. Please let me know if you or your husband need any help.

I use Healthy N Fit egg white protein because I can't tolerate whey and won't do soy or any other vegan protein. I like the chocolate flavor to mix in my Shakeology, but the vanilla is ok too. You can get it at Vitamin Shoppe or on Amazon
