I was about 30lbs for me. My husband hasn't noticed any changes though. But to be fair, he didn't notice when I went from 120lbs to 207lbs. It will be interesting when I go back to England later this month as it will have been 6 months since I have seen my sister and father. Looking forward to it. I'm 5ft9.

Funnily enough, I weighed myself again today and I had lost 7 of them. :-S I expected to gain this week though as my hubby was off work for a week and rather than make him eat my foods I indulged with him and had pizza, Chinese, kebab, sticky toffee pudding and custard. Lol. I expected to gain 1-2lb. Must admit, I feel…

***I would like to add to my above statement that the scales read a gain of 8lb this week. Most disappointing.**

For a year I have been telling my optician that my contact lenses are not strong enough but nothing was done about it. I changed opticians and have a new prescription on order for lenses that work properly for me. I know it has nothing to do with weight loss but it feels so good to know that soon I will be able to see…

I'm sorry your experience with your MIL wasn't great but that really wasn't helpful to the thread. Anyway, she most likely doesn't realise that what she's saying is hurtful and insensitive. When she's feeling better why not try having a quiet word with her about it?

I'm the same.

Thought of another, I am a people pleaser.

I am doing the 5k one in six weeks in Belfast and have never ran before. I signed up with 4 month to go and loads of time to practice etc. Then I fell down the stairs and fractured my ankle and then when it was finally healed I damaged my calf muscles. Not had a good time. Anyway, I'm in the gym five times a week…

Hey. Thanks for adding me!!!!

Hey, I'm 25, married and have no children (not through lack of trying). I've been here since between Christmas and New Year but started my journey on Jan 2nd. I'm always looking for new friends to give/receive motivation/support/encouragement. Anyone can send me a request. I always accept.

I was just scrolling through checking to see if there was a link. I'm 184lbs and very much in!

Hello. I'm old. Well, I'm not. I've been using MFP since Jan 2nd and I'm 25. Lol. If you are after friends, add me.

Erm... slightly of topic, but, if you have a smartphone, you can download an app called runkeeper than tracks your progress using GPS and has a website to go along with it. Tracks things like, speed, distance, incline etc. Has charts, graphs and maps on the site. Plus, you can use your phone for music. Anyway, sorry for…

Same.

Hey, I started at 207.2 at 5ft9. The highest I have ever been. Six year before that I was 115 and seriously underweight. Well, at least I'm not underweight anymore. Lol. I am currently 184lbs and aim to be around 145lbs. If anyone wants to add me as a friend, send me a request and I'll accept.

I was a 38E so I hear you loud and clear. I have the FT4 (tried the FT7 but wasn't fussed so thought I'd go for the cheaper model, lol). It took me a few attempts to get it right for me. Basically, I wear a t-shirt bra (Google for images is unsure of style), place it between the cups and put my sports bra over the top of…

Hi and welcome. Tracking your food helps you to be accountable for what you eat, as long as you don't 'not log', you'll soon see things you have either happy or unhappy with and make the changes to ensure you are always happy. Exercise, even just walking or swimming is brilliant cardio. Gets you out the house and fresh air…

Mine holds phone, keys and cash on a regular basis. Lol. Great things boobs/bras. So versatile.

Not sure which is worse. The original comment or the idiot agreeing. Best thing I can suggest for you Chick is wear the lightest clothing possible and try to get weighed before breakfast. Good luck. X

When you run out of 'pooch', boobs are great. Well done. X

Always sleep naked. Live with a hubby and a kitty, I know the hubby doesn't have an issue with my nakedness (hell, he loves it) and I'm pretty sure the kitty doesn't. My robe is always on the unit next to the bed 'just in case' it's needed. (I'm very much a 'just in case' girl.
