When I worked, my hubby and I shared ALL responsibilities, now that I'm not working I do most things but I certainly don't mother him. He's a big boy, he can look after himself.

^^^^ Always makes me giggle when people say they can't eat 1200 calories a day. They had to have been eating at least double this to need to lose weight in the first place.

A big, hearty Irish Stew with Wheaten Bread. Or Stuffed Pork with Apple Gravy and Champ. (I'd make them run 10 miles too.)

Belfast here.

Anyone?

Shows like that often have people go on specifically to be humiliated and leave straight away to spike fear in the other contestants. They are payed handsomely for this and agree, sign contracts etc.

The main thing is it tells you if you are improving fitness or burning fat. I also like that the FT7 came with a storage bag but this wasn't a factor in my decision, don't notice it till it had been delivered.

I had a Polar FT4 but upgraded it to the FT7 recently. There was nothing wrong with the FT4, in fact, it was fantastic but my needs changed and the FT7 suited them better.

I have had that scenario with my kitty. (Not the contemplating throwing him out part, just the crazy high cat part.)

1. Swear less 2. Do more housework 3. Get fitter and healthier 4. Have one positive thought every day.

Hey, thanks for that. I have a major sweet tooth and love dessert so I thought this would be a great idea. I've got a recipe that I'm going to try today. Hopefully it will be good.

Nobody?

I tried this one earlier today but didn't like it much. Thanks though.

I can't stand the taste of it so use it in capsule form. Two capsules a day and I'm done.

There is no scientific evidence to back this up. Quite the opposite really. http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/diet-sodas-and-weight-gain-not-so-fast

When I was really thing (too thin to be healthy) I didn't hate fat people, I was scared of them. I have Cibophobia, which is a fear of food, and struggled to understand how larger people could have that much of the stuff in their life when I struggled to consume the bare minimum. (Yes I got 'fat' myself but that's courtesy…

Underwear? What's that?

3.267 calories burnt per pound every hour. Multiply by weight to get how many calories per hour one would burn and divide by 3 to get each 20 minute work out. From Jillian Michaels.

I never wear shorts or short skirts. If it's not knee length at least, it's not going on.

I would recommend going to a doctor. They will be able to run tests and see if there is anything they can do for you. A friend of mine suffered badly with BO and was given Botox injections into her armpits and the smell stopped. She needs to get them regularly but they help drastically. Before she started these she was…

When I left home I still had a key to my Mums house. I still have a key to that house but it's now my sisters since my Mum died. I also have a key to my Dads house. As far as your stepson is concerned, I would just tell him straight. At the end of the day, it's your house, he should respect your possessions privacy and…

I'm starting Slimming World tomorrow so I will be weighed every Wednesday there, with the exception being the 24th because I'm back in England for my niece's first birthday. Good luck everybody.

Hi! I joined the beginning of the year and did really well to start with but then went a little AWOL. All my friends disappeared. :-( Anyway, I'm always good for new friends. All I ask is that a message is with the invite so I know it's from here and not anywhere else.

I use an Omron Body Fat Monitor - BF306. It may not be 100% accurate but it leaves little room for error like calipers do and I can do it at home.

Many people have a high BMI courtesy of muscle with a low BF%. They are far from overweight but are considered to be in terms of BMI. I am aiming to have a BMI of 22 because of fertility reasons but ultimately, I want my BF% to be between 21-24%. Once I have been lucky enough to have my child, BMI will not be a phrase that…

The last time I measured my BF, my BMI was 24.44 and my BF was 30.6%. I used a handheld device that sends things round your body to measure. I've been measuring my BF since my BMI was at 27.96 and the higher my BMI, the higher my BF. Do you have a particularly large frame? People with larger than average frames are going…
