I use mine with no problem. At first I tried leaving the watch at the side of the pool but got the same message, Wearing the watch I have no problems.

Are you eating back your exercise calories from swimming? If so, how are you measuring them? I swim for an average 2.5hrs a week for the last six weeks and 'thought' I was burning anywhere from 350 to 400 calories in each 30 minute session. Turns out is closer to 198 which I found out by using my HRM. This and all the over…

I never logged the calories burnt doing strength as they didn't seem accurate to me. So pleased I didn't. I now have a HRM and log from that and the difference is incredible. Sometimes MFP can be as much as four times as much.

I had a cross trainer and after a month of using it I joined a gym, I was hooked. At the moment I prefer using that to a treadmill due to calf injuries, it's not as harsh on them as the treadmill is. I would say it depends on what you want to do. If you want to run then the treadmill is better but I have heard that for…

The animals I see are My kitty - before I leave for thee gym. A few random birds maybe - on the five minute walk to the gym Grunting men and women - in the gym and I'm one of them.

Hi, I'm always looking for new friends to give and receive motivation and support.
-
That's beautiful. Where is it? Remember to take it easy though at first, don't want any more injuries.

I'm across the water in sunny Belfast. Always looking for new friends if anyone wishes to add me.

On one hand, I love it. I've worked hard and it shows. On the other hand, it's gross so you keep away from me and I'll keep away from you.
-
If I can, I always do it. I make a selection of maybe three of four things that I would like to eat and go for the lowest cal option. I don't look for the lowest calorie option to start with though as I like to choose what I want to eat rather than have it dictated to me, which is what I would feel like is happening.

I started a few month back then fractured my ankle after the first day!!! (Would like to add it was from falling down the stairs, not running). I started again a few weeks ago and my calf muscles reacted badly and even after a week I am still in a lot of pain with them but I did get to W2D2. Going to start again soon and…

I never tallied up our total food cost. Hubby works in a restaurant and eats dinner there five times a week so it's not as high as it could be. Hmmm. I shall start looking into that more.

I was wondering the same thing.

I used to use anti bacterial litter. When II started letting him outside he started doing his business there also so we got rid of the litter tray.

I have an LCD but my daddy has a Plasma. Not sure what it was, but something about it is better for something or another. I realise this was a pretty pointless post. Lol.

Hey. I also gained weight after my wedding, life and death got in the way. I'm also looking for more friends to give and receive etc support.
-
I also researched it and couldn't have explained it better.

Yey for you. I call it the 'Mancave' at my gym as it's 99% men there. Lol. I have booked a session with a trainer to take me in next week. Good luck. X

Hi. I started it two month ago then fractured my ankle a couple of days later. I tried again a couple of weeks ago and couldn't get past week 2 day 2 after tearing my calves. Going to be starting again from scratch in a week or so. With any luck I will complete Week 2.

Agreed. How else are we supposed to know how well we are doing if we, for lack of a better term, lie to ourselves?

Hubby and I started TTC July 2008 and as you can see from my ticker, no luck yet. The only time I have had the second line was through ovarian cysts. Not nice. I am on the waiting list for injections so hopefully they will work. Fingers crossed. Although I am overweight, I am not overly overweight. My reasons for losing…

You certainly seem motivated. Hope to see your success stories in a year. Feel free to add me as a friend for extra support. X

Sounds fun. SW; 187 CW: 187 GW: Not to gain. AGAIN. Lol.

Same.

I wear make-up because I have bright red, scarred cheeks courtesy of an accident I had when I was 8 and make up tones them down loads. (Will try to upload photos.)

That is one of the cutest things ever. Definitely downloading it.

I did the same thing this morning. A lot of my 'friends' hadn't logged in for quite a while with no evident reason as to why i.e. holiday and others simply weren't supportive. I looked back through their profiles to check when they last commented on anything I posted and in a few, I couldn't see anything. I am now down to…

When I was telling my hubby a couple of the reasons my MIL should go to the gym, one was "She is always complaining about being fat.", another was "She says she's 'depressed' so it may help her with that." and another was "Exercise creates endorphin's, endorphin's make you happy, happy people don't just yell at their kids."
