I wish my gym had a ban on wearing perfume etc in the pool. Oh wait, it does, I've lost count the amount of times I've been swimming, pass someone and they smell of perfume or cologne or something else. It's chokable. Lol.

I go to school in Belfast, Northern Ireland and I'm having to start my Law Degree from scratch as I dropped out and if has to be completed start to finish within six years. So, first year for me.

It goes great with an onion and broccoli in soup. The recipe I use is 571 calories for the entire lot and will make up to 6 portions.

When you first start exercising your muscles will get slightly damaged (nothing to worry about) and whilst healing your body will retain water to protect them. Something to consider also. You need to go the doctor. The only way you should lose weight when pregnant is under their observations.

My hubby bought one for me for my birthday as he knew I wanted to get in shape but wouldn't go to the gym. I now have gym membership because I fell in love with working out. If she will appreciate it, I say get it for her.

It would be okay to have what most people call a 'spike' day, but if it's just because you are feeling crap because hubby has gone on a business trip then I would suggest thinking of other things that can help. Have you considered any DVD's? I hear Jillian Michaels's DVD's are pretty good and you can get them from Amazon. Many people stream from YouTube although I'm not sure what. There's a Wii. There are loads of people who uses the games on there.

I'm 5ft9, started at 207lbs, I aim to be 149lbs (in the middle for a healthy BMI) and my current weight is 185lbs. I have been eating 1200 since Jan 2nd, I eat bach my exercise calories if I am hungry and not unless. I would say give it a week at 1200, if it's not right for you try a week at 1300. If you are unsure, why not try having a NET of 1200 and if it's not enough, up it to 1300, etc, etc. It's your body so only you know what is best for you. (2lbs usually does put you at 1200 NET)
