I eat fruit every breakfast in the way of a smoothie. One banana, a bit of fruit, milk (skim), sometimes a touch of protein powder and maybe a bit of yogurt (if I have it). It's roughly 265 calories. Keeps me full too and you can mix it up. :)

Thanks everyone! I guess I was that if I missed a meal I would be thrown into starvation mode and ruin everything. Guess I have lots more reading to do to make healthy decisions.

I'm losing weight - I've been going for about 40 days and have lost 7lbs. I just don't want to hinder anything and continue losing. Thanks for the info about starvation mode! :)
