  • I just read the first page, and I want to say, WOW! I just realized I am the most hungry during ovulation time!   • Actually eating healthy is cheaper! A banana cost less than a candy bar, as does an apple. Since you're eating like a diabetic you would probably opt for a cheese stick. I have found that almond milk is delicious with cereal! You should really focus on proteins and vegetables, so look into the paleo diet. Best wishes!

  • My favorite breakfast is Kashi 7 Grain waffles topped with plain greek yogurt and strawberries. You have to eat the strawberries with the waffles to get the effect. I can't eat them without a fruit....however with strawberries and blueberries they are delicious! It's about 200 calories for the meal.

  • I breastfed two preemies. I don't know...I wouldn't count calories or diet this early on. Your body will tell you what to do. Just make healthy choices.
  • Oops...nothing for April. I'm maintaining for now. If I lose, great, if I gain, I'm okay with that. My mom has been in the hospital for two months now...don't know if she'll be coming home. :(
