  • Yes you can count it in your water intake. Heck I count milk in mine, but also log it into my calories.

  • It depends on the composition of your boobs. The numberical size is around your rib cage and yes that should go down. As for the DD, that may or may not change. If your boobs have fat in them, then yes you will probably lose some. If your boobs are made up of mostly tissue then you may not see a change in cup size.…

  • Keep up the good work! I'm so glad I read this post! I've started the 30DS also and my scale went up and I was about to cry. I do feel my muscles working even on my off days. I think I'll just put the scale away until I'm done with this program and take it back out when I start to train for my 10K.

  • I decided to take today off to give my muscles some time to recover. I'll start Day 5 tomorrow and my next goal is to do it 5 days in a row so that'll bring me to day 9 on Saturday.   • Ya, 10 days in a row is not going to happen. Just finished Day 4 and I am in pain!! I will get through tomorrow and then take a day off and go from there. How is everybody else doing? Has anybody attempted Level 2? I think I could probably do it 1 day but after that...probably not.

  • Congrats on running a 10K. That's AWESOME! I'd have some pasta the night before and either half a bagel or banana when I woke up at 5:30. Make sure you drink your 8+ glasses of water starting a few days before the race if you don't already do that. Good luck!

  • I use it to replace sour cream for homemade quesadillas, fajitas and chili. I also like to use it on waffles instead of butter and paired with fresh fruit....one of my favorite breakfasts!
