I work out 3 days then 1 day off. Only cuz my husband says you have to let your muscles rest a day. But I do 60 to 80 mins. on the treadmil, crunches on a exercise ball and then in the evening while watching tv I have a exercise hula hoop that I use for about 10 to 15 mins. I am so with you on the not losing weight . Since day after Christmas I have been working out faithfully. I go by what my treadmill tells me I have burned and then log it onto here. Because have read on some of these posts that the activity info is not very accurate on here.

When I started this MFP also told me 1200 calories was all I should have too. It is very hard to do that. Maybe I will check and see what others say too.

I sleep walk allot and find that I have eaten peanut butter or who knows what else. Very aggravating. Going to have to put locks on cabinets or bell on bedroom door soon.

That was the first inch I lost was my boobs. but I don't think it was the boobs themselves it was around the back. Cuz I am still DD. And I would love to lose them well some of them. I get the individula packs of almonds 100 cal. and have one of those. But after reading all of these I like the idea of buying bulk cuz it is way cheaper and then just dividing them up. I also for snack like the laughing cow and special k crackers. Or apple and healthy peanut butter is really yummy.
