I got an HRM. I've been wearing it all day long for a couple of days. On my non-training day my burns from daily actirivies is around 1800 - 2200. I found kickboxing in my gym is very competition-based, in other words includes crazy cardio, basically an one-hour session is 20 three minute rounds... But I found sparring is less tiring than warming up (non-stop skipping rope/ burpees/ other jumping around..). Anyways, I sweat like crazy in kickboxing and go all out…

I sometimes do. If it's just a regular gym, doesn't really matter unless they wear crazy clothes. BUT, I have zero tolerance with girls showing up at my mma training sessions with makeups and perfumes...

I have exactly the same experience: I lost 60 lbs and gained 30 back... :( I don't fit 99% of my clothes because I threw away all my fat clothes and bought new ones when I was the skinnest..

I'm 5'6, CW is 148, aiming 120 (probably would stop before that cuz my atheletic body type.. muscles are heavy!) Now I'm eating around 1700 calories a day, burn 2000 calories through my daily MMA training (running deficit on net calories).. MFP says I should eat 3500, but I can't stuff myself with so many foods..

Uhhhh... According to MFP, I burn over 2000 calories through my daily MMA training. If I eat them all back to reach my daily calorie net goal, I'll be eating over 3500 calories!!

Hi everyone, I'm so happy to find this group! And love the group name :p I just bought my first bike last year, a sexy sv650. Hope I could lose couple of pounds and look as sexy as my bike! And this goal is to be achieved before next riding season!
