  • Yoga is AWESOME! You can move at your own pace and just do what feels comfortable. I would also recommend water activities. I did those in physical rehab and it doesn't hurt but also allows for stretching!
  • Tofutti makes a non-dairy sour cream!
  • I am having tofu and asparagus stir fry. The recipe requires a lot effort than I usually put into a meal, I hope it's worth it! http://www.crunchyrock.com/2011/03/dry-fry-tofu-stir-fry-with-asparagus.html

  • I am a teacher as well, in Kentucky, in a small town that is populated by a lot of farmers. When my kids ask, I say that it was a personal CHOICE and that no one made me do it. IF they ask further, I tell them that I saw a video on factory farming. However, people still ask me if I eat chicken or if I can eat protein at…

I take an anti-depressant for a sleeping pill (prescribed by my psychiatrist). Give yourself a week or so to get used to it, some take…
  • Applesauce is a great substitute for oil or eggs. You might also try a mashed banana!
  • I always surround myself with fruit. Since they are zero points, it is a easy snack. I also stay away from frozen meals! It is easier to make your own on weekends and eat it throughout the week. I also keep a points calculator on me at all times (on my phone), so that I never guestimate how many points something is.
