  • Walked for 1.75 hours, FAST. Calculated almost 5 miles. Then proceeded to eat a shredded chicken (without rice and beans) with lettuce, toms, cilantro, onion and :sad: sour cream..............AT 8:30!!!!! OH THE HORROR!!!

  • Jen! LUCKY! You can work on your arms and shoulders when you have to turn over, just throw in a couple kneeling push-ups, maybe a few supermans!! And of course, you work your shoulders when you put lotion on! BOOM, DONE! (with some bronzing)
