I'm on day 3 of build a body. With my hip issues the squats and bridges are a little hard but I'm trying. Been going to the chiropractor so it helps to incorporate these with my stretches

I don't have PCOS but I saw the words metformin and just cringe when I think of that medication. I was diagnosed with diabetes couple years ago and was put on metformin...i hate that stuff! made me feel awful! I basically have been weaning myself off of it by watching what I eat which is watching my sugar intake, reading…

Feel free to add me :). thats my calorie goal each day but it goes up when I exercise. Wish I understood the difference between stone and pounds but no matter :). I'm 4'11" (a shawty). You can do it! Look forward to giving each other encouragement.

My job is having a healthy challenge starting this month and sending all of us who have signed up a Fitbit. I'm glad to have found this post cause I was confused on how it works. Is it good with counting calories for cardio exercise or weight training?
