5 pounds a week doesn't sound bad. What we are forgetting is that the weight you lose weekly can depend on your body type. Someone that is 300lbs may lose 5lbs each week as opposed to someone that weighs 160lbs losing 2-3lbs per week

I was a 38D, but once I started losing weight I went down to a 38C and I love it. Their is nothing sexy about ballon bras!!! :)

A cheat day sounds pretty typical in most cases for people trying to lose weight. If you don't want to do that then no worries just start your usual routine the next day as if nothing happened :)

I dont weight myself much. I don't own a scale because I know I will get on everyday. I usually weigh myself once a month because I judge my weight gain or loss by how my clothes fit.
