I def understand. I was doing spin, cardio kickboxing, yoga, and tabata, BUT Ive been looking into doing HITT training with the military. Im nervous but I really wanna get out of these 180s so I made plans to go this week. KETTLEBELLS< CORE<HITT BOOTCAMP

:smile: Youre right! Today I did alot of squats (leg day), but I will get with a trainer to help me with the other three, to be sure Im getting the right weights. I dont want to get too heavy or too light weights. THANK YOU!

I thought it was alot but I thought if I went in the gym and gave it my all for a long time, then I would see awesome result. NOT SO TRUE! Question: whats the 4 big compound lifts?
