Wisk 1 TBS balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp honey and toss onto broccoli that has been roasted in a 350 degree oven until crispy edges. Salt and pepper to taste. Best.thing.ever.

Got to listen to my husband play piano with a group of fabulous musicians. Cleaned the inside of the boat (we live aboard). Went on an unplanned 30 minute power walk with a friend when an opportunity presented itself. Took a one hour nap. Saved enough calories to have a cocktail this evening.
