  • I was doing the Biggest Loser Cardio Max. OMG. That video kills you. It is divided up into 3 sections. 20 min. with Bob. 10 min with Jillian and 10 min with Stephanie. You can set up the workout to do any 3 in any order. Hard and good.

  • Well I have hit a stand still and was told about this sight. I have been exercising well for about 2 months and for the most part my eating is pretty good. I now will try to count calories and see if I can push through this stand still. I would love some low calories dinner items that kids would love.

  • I am just entering into this stage as well. My daughter is almost a teen and thankfully she is a skinny minny, but I want her to have healthy eating habits so that when her body changes she is not set up for frustration. I always try to keep fresh fruit in the house and I just started to buy Fat free muffins for breakfast.…
