Interesting to read :) I remember everyone having a cut off point a few years ago. Like stop eating at 6pm, or no carbs after 5pm etc. So many people used to say it's not healthy, you can't sleep with food in your tummy etc. I never understood it and normally don't have a cut off point, but this time I'm attempting, but…

ARMS! Oh I love them lol. And thighs!!!! Like Rugby players lol. Also, a man who cleans is very sexy lol ;0P

I've been feeling similar, but not to the extent of getting back pains and throwing up. Perhaps because we've changed our diets? I'll look forward to hearing other peoples words of wisdom :D I've not taken any meds for it. If you start at the bottom right of the belly, push on it, go up to the top, then slide the hand to…

Butt and just below - Squats are good for that. Stomach, the only thing i can't think of is sit ups. Any Core exercises :) Youtube it :)

As everyone has said, eat before you leave :) ALSO, if you do eat something there, perhaps get your mobile out and quickly log it in a message or something so you don't forget when you get home. AND take some of your own nibbles there :) You can sit eating yours or something?

Thank you x

Oh right :) Cool, nice one, thanks :) I will try and up my exercise. I still have gym membership as I was doing that 3 times a week (and still having that blasted 5lb on 5lb off trouble). I love the gym :) I'm just in pain. Bending is a no no, twisting is a no no. I'll be walking and all is fine, and then BANG pain shoots…

I've put in a post about not losing in weight and many people tell me to eat more than the 1200 kcals that MFP advises. On here, they're saying the opposite and telling you to get as close to the 1200 as you can. People on my post tell me to increase my calorie intake so I'm definitely going to give that a go and see what…

Thank you people :) I'd like to point out that the only reason the cake was on there was because I was so under my limit that I wanted to bulk it up quick before 7.30pm. 1 day I ate the 2 biscuits for breakfast but that was because I rushed out to drop kids off and had a community meeting. I was starving and the only thing…

I used to do that! I eat because I'm bored. I've found going to bed when the kids are in bed helps. I'll use the laptop or something in bed if I'm not tired. I tend to be so comfy that I wont move lol. Pickled beetroot, gherkins, onions etc (someone else said pickles) are low calories. Crackers are good too. Find one that…

Fantastic loss mate! Well done!
-
Yay! I can't weight to get from Morbidly Obese to just obese lol. I'm almost 16st and classed as Morbid :'(
-
Oh wow! I have this gathering dust lol. I think I should start this tonight! Thank you, you've inspired me :)
-
You look stunning! Well done! I can't believe how different you look!
-
I guess that's the minority? Plus the heavier you are the quicker you can lose it by changing small things. If they've decided to change it drastically then they'll lose more. I aim for 2-3lbs per week but it wont happen every week, I'll end up getting stuck and hovering lol
-
A baby :) We really want a baby but I've decided to lose a few stone first before trying. Also, clothing, and a nice bedroom outfit ;)
-
WOW! Well done to both of you!
-
Well done. I've got this but I don't really use it. I tried twice but the jumping jacks had me. My sports bra is rubbish and doesn't hold. I'm one of those who does jumps while holding onto my boobs lol. Going to restart that when I can :)
-
Well done! Jelous moment lol
-
Whhop whoop! Well done!

Lol, I had meant 500mg - which is what Experts say, but then the site I went on also says the recommended amount of sodium is anything between 1500 mg and 2300 mg per day MG!!!!!! lol, not grams lol. Plus, what I ate was Tuna Steak (John West), so I didn't think that would be that bad lol. (more fool me).
-
Ah I went on a site and it said 500g per day. Error on my account lol. Thank you people :D
-
Ah I see. No matter what, still give it your all, I know it's disheartening for you, I went through this last year and I thought 'why bother'. Keep at it, get your tape measure out :D
-
Oh b!oody hell!!!! That is fantastic!!!!! Well done! You know I was aiming to lose about 77lbs to get to my goal weight and I thought it might have been a bit far fetched, but if you can loose 118lbs in a year then so can I! Thank you, you're an inspiration! Plus your hubby looks a bit thinner too :D
-
No idea, but if you go to the Food Tab, and then go to 'Database' you can just type in 'cheese sticks' and each one you click will tell you the nutrition value :) HTH

I think perhaps you should change your MFP diet settings. For 189lbs for someone at 5ft 6in you should be looking at about 1200kcals - according to MFP. Have a go at that, see how it goes and if you feel to drained etc then up your calories again. I'm no expert, I'm just guessing lol Good Luck

OK, what exercises do you do? Is it all strength? If so you'll be gaining muscle, so like someone has already said, take measurments. If you're struggiling to lose more, then look again at what you're eating, you may be undereating or overeating (both can make loosing weight difficult). Are you drinking plenty of water?…
