You may never feel full on a diet with so few calories. Eventually your body may adjust. However, if you are burning major calories, you may want to raise your daily calorie intake.

HORMONES! Wait it out...you may be better in about a week. My scales jumps up and down too. I always have to consider what time of the month it is when this happens. If you can't wait, try green tea...that's known to get the water mooooooving.

So glad to hear you are getting better. I know how that can be. On that note. Be encouraged. Anything you can do now is better than what you could do just a short time ago. Watch your calories and hit the gym as planned. It will make a difference. Even if you only see small losses that's something. Be proud of yourself for…

I think we have all been there. The important thing now is to figure out a way to make your diet a "life change" and not a diet, so it will be sustainable in the long run. After gaining my weight back 3 times that's what I am doing. I'm completely changing the way I think about food and my body. I know you can do it too.

Hello Lady, I hope you are getting some good insight from this thread. I want to start by saying I took a peek at your diary, and may have some insight. What I'm writing is out of respect and in response to your question. Many people on this site can be rude and mean, when critiquing other's diaries. That is the last…

I just estimate 1-2 tablespoons for each piece of meat. This DEFINATELY DOES MATTER if you are following a low carb diet. Marinades--especially the pre-made ones--can be full of carbs and sugar.

good job dude

Ohhh poo. We need a Lexington group.

Heads up. Everyone is going to ask to see your diary when you ask questions like this. Some not so nicely. So, I would reccommend--one pal to another--making your diary viewable, providing more information about your food intake, or deleting this thread if you are sensitive. People can sometimes be a little snarky about…

Thanks Icey, This is not a huge one, but yesterday I was feeling really tired after work. I was one step away from skipping my dinner and eating a bunch of snacks to "make myself feel better". Instead, i started dinner and did a workout in my living room. Afterward I ended up feeling better and had a good night. If I had…
