My feet blister easily too. I got myself some good socks and a pair of running shoes that are wider in the arch area of the foot (New Balance Wide Width) not a blister to be found since. Also, wearing Moleskin might help too. You can get it at any drug store near the bandages.

Its funny how common it is for us to "hate what we see" and so sad at the same time. Butt Bible...nice, I'm going to check that one out. I found lunges and squats to be helpful...and the elliptical trainer as well!
