i looooove pasta also! but i think my biggest food on a cheat day is just a nice, big, awesome BURGER with fries & ranch. TASTYYYYYY :) definitely getting some In-N-Out for my next cheat day :)

Fruit & yogurt is always my go-to.....especially greek yogurt w/nectarines mixed in! SO GOOD! add a side of toast or something too if that's not enough. special K bars are usually pretty good, but not enough on their own. maybe take a piece of fruit with you along with the bar?
