I'm back on MFP for like the third time now. I get over whelmed wth work and school and trying to lose weight. I just started the C25K this morning. I've always had a hard time running so I am really hoping this helps build up some speed and endurance for me and even keep me motivated to start running. I can definately use some motivation and support too!

I use Flax Milk instead of dairy. There isn't a lot of protein in it but Good Karma's Flax Milk vanilla flavor is only 60 calories a cup, it taste good, and there is no Carrageenan in it. I have never heard of sunbutter but would try it if I came across it.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. I try to eat a good healthy breakfast, a light lunch (salad, protein shake. or tomato sandwich), and make a good dinner but I try to eat before 7pm. I do a lot of bored eating, but I have been trying to make my bored eating healthy. This just seems to work for me.

I love juicing but can never do it as a meal, I definitely need the texture of food. Juicing is good though to get a lot of veggies into one glass at once!

I have been trying to wait to log in any exercising I did until the evening so it gives me those extra calories, or I exercise a little after dinner so if I go over I can burn it off... motivates me to actually exercise because I am also terrible at having enough dinner calories left over!

I'm lazy all the time, but when I'm on my cycle I get really bad cramps and I find that exercising really helps them. It hard at times to pull myself together but I feel better when I do. But even though I exercise I eat everything all day for the 5 days! Especially chocolate!

I sautee it with a little coconut oil and a dash of seasalt. I also put it in oil and vinegar and let it sit about 20 minutes so it gets softer. Then add your other veges and wala kale salad!
