I quit 2 years ago with Chantix. I took a dose every morning for 11 days and I was done. Haven't had one since, or really wanted one. Good luck - stay with it... I think the take a walk advice is terrific. Wife and I quit together and had cuddle-times when we craved, so that was cool. :blushing:

I do it with Miracle whip Lite, a little Dijon Mustard and lots of Dill Relish. I also throw out about half of the yolk and don't fill 'em so full. Lots of the cal's and most of the cholesterol are in the yolk. For an extra little treat dust 'em with Old Bay seafood seasoning instead of paprika.

I think the guideline is less than 30% cals from fat - but we have to remember to talk about the whole meal, or even the whole day's eating. I built mass when I was in the Navy - which was perfect. Go through the chowline twice, 3 times if necessary, and train like crazy. I did 4,ooo a day and got used to it. I use a cheapo "Health-O-Meter" brand digital scale in the bathroom for li'l check-in's, but I really trust and record what I get from the Wii-fit. I body test once or twice a week. Sadly, the Wii-fit always has me a pound or 2 heavier than the bathroom scale, dammit! :angry:

So eat if you're hungry! 280 calories gets you a 2 ounce Milky Way bar ~~OR~~ about a pound of veggies ~~OR~~ An apple and an orange and a handful of grapes... You don' t have to go hungry, just eat more of the good stuff and less of the bad stuff.
