I've added chia seeds and fresh ground flax seeds to my diet and it seems to help filling me up. Yogurt and apple sauce with chia seeds.. you can't even taste them! Flax seed to oatmeal and I'm not hungry till lunch! I hope that helps!

So what would she say for someone like me who is running about 4 miles + doing strength training most days who is still not losing a whole lot? I'm 5'6 and even when I had my calories at 1200 I wasn't losing.... Should I still cut back??!!?? Ok that being said I just recently upped my calories so I am not going under 1200…

I did it gradually! I started with saving a serving of choc for my evening snack. IT worked for me using peanut mms... I would allow myself like 5 mms if the cravings got bad then I knew I would get a whole 1/4 cup mms at the end of the day. Once I got that down I started lowering it and gradually working it down. When did you start noticing inches gone? I'm on Day 6 of Level 2 and I still have not seen any inches loss... I think I can tell toning in the muscles (shoulders,arms , calves) but nothing on the tape measure. I am upping my calories to see if that helps.. Still working it though! I'm 5'6 and I have my goal weight set at 140 but my idea is about 145. I read an article and it said for 5'6 the range varies from person to person 120-150. Huge range if you ask me. BUt I know my sister is 5'6 and looks great at 135 where I look sickly thin at 135 b/c of my body build. I think 150 is a good goal!
