Sure why not? I always need more motivation! I use my treadmill and Wii for now as that's all I have until snow melts.

MY fave is my Wii with the balance board and Wii Fit Plus the game! I do use a heart rate monitor with it though as I don't find their calories burned to be accurate for me. I too hate running but I enjoy the jog round the island game none the less! but my fave is the Step Aerobics game on there!

I was using a fiber one pancake mix that was pretty yummy and it was multi grain! Instead of making a ton I just took 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup depending how hungry I was and mixed it with some water. I now use GFS mutli grain and do the same thing. Knowing a serving size is a half cup I just use that or lower it down as need be…

I know I don't eat balanced enough so I take these. They seem to do ok. My nails are stronger since I've been taking them. Take 2 a day as the label says. I had the pedometer and it was nice however I was a bit annoyed with the fact I couldn't add friends on it. You can add them on the phone app and the striiv touch and fusion.
