I like the coconut oil that actually has flavor vs the refined one with none. I LOVE the taste of it on toast, in coffee, in tea. But that's just me! I have to be careful with it or I'd end up eating a LOT of calories worth of the stuff a day lol

if your 5'7" and 130-135 like your title suggests than you don't need to lose weight. You could try toning up. I know as I'm 5'7" and that's my goal weight as it's a healthy bmi range.

I don't know I just know what it told me. I am REALLY unfit as I do spend most of my time playing video games... I'm working on that. I looked up gardening general on the MFP data base typed in my time and still got about 1600? I knew the ground was fairly tough and my hand has a blister from the hand shovel.

This is my sweet boy Lug Nut. I adopted him last year and like me he is on a HUGE weight loss journey :) He was 18.3 pounds when I got him poor guy. HE is now down to 15 but still has a way to go. I figure once he's able to get up on the couch with out having to dig his claws in we will be pretty good.

Hey :) I won't be doing this exact plan but this week I will be starting my EA Sports Active on the Wii and throughout its 30 day program it has these moves except you use a resistance band instead. In other words count me half in. :)

OH my I did not mean to start an argument! I have my diary set to 1500 calories which was their one pound a week number I believe. However I have only been eating around 1300 calories most days.
