I eat between 1500-1800 per day. I exercise around 3 times a week. Yes I am losing weight! :) Occasionally I have days where I only eat 1200 but not everyday.

I limit myself to 200 calories of sweets per day. I log it right away so I know when I'm close to or at my limit. I eat chocolate almost everyday.

weigh/measure your food. weigh any meat your eating do not guesstimate. you can eat sandwiches as long as you fit the calories in your day. i know i do. had one today it was yummy.

water is good but mostly determination to stick to my calorie goals. thats what helped most. i didnt want to stay stagnant anymore.

goodwill garage sales 2nd hand shops. just get a few pieces at a time. i know how it feels i went shopping 2months ago. then decided to get serious about weight loss now none of it fits.

When my clothes don't fit. I hope to lose 2 or 3 more sizes. I realize I will buy clothes and grow right out of them. Its alright the feeling of buying smaller sizes is worth it. :)

Yes. But I've also found new foods I like that I didn't think I would. So that's a plus. I still eat my chocolate everyday. Today was some halloween candy. Yum. In moderation is the only way to go. Its unrealistic to say I'll never have ice cream or fast food again.

How does MFP know how intense you worked out.... Your calorie burn is gonna diff if your going slow reading a book or if you are really cranking it out and sweating. You can and will lose the weight. Those little girls unfortunately for them have ugly in their hearts. They obviously have some shadows in their closet otherwise they wouldnt have insulted you like that. Feel sorry for them. I do they sound really sad on the inside and thats worse than extra pounds.

I dont eat healthy all the time. What healthy foods do you like? It doesnt have to be all or nothing.
