I bought the Myprotein breakfast shake which if I remember correctly has the oats and protein already combined. I found the texture a bit of a struggle but played around with it a bit. Suggest going for one of their samples first - I have a ton I'll likely not get around to finishing.

I have a Garmin Forerunner 610 which is an amazing piece of kit, beyond the GPS itself it has functions such as scheduled workouts (intervals) and virtual parters etc. I used to use Runkeeper on my Iphone which I still rate highly for an App, but mostly for their website which has logs of excellent features. If you use Runkeeper to log the run, you can then attach the HRM file to give you the larger picture of your performance. Depends if the FT4 has the export capability - I used the FT7. I've just switched to using a Garmin Forerunner which does both but still upload to the Runkeeper website.
