I loveeeee that show, most of what he eats is meat heavy, mmmmm, me carnivore.

A table spoon of honey on my porridge, one piece of a dairy milk chocolate bar, a 35 calorie yogurt, carrots.. Believe it or not they are sweet after you eliminate sugar from your diet, a half can of coconut juice/ water.

Yeah, be honest, but at the same time cheat yourself slim. Sodium is a killer and will make you retain water. At 360 pounds I must assume that your activity level was very sedentary so your body will be going into a bit of shock. If you underestimate your exercise and over estimate calories consumed you will start seeing…

If I'm going to have excess, I make sure it's on the protein side. Then I just work out harder to utilize that energy. You need protein to build muscle so, eat the meat and pump that iron.

Excellent work, I've actually brought my cardio minutes up from 15-60 ish in a little over a month so I know how you feel.

Use lye, it eats the bones.

It's been 5 dollars for all our children.

If these pills worked there would be no need to market them, the companies that produce them would be worth more than Apple. There are no shortcuts, exercise, diet, and consistency, boring but it works.

I had the fit at 40 goal but never had a road map, now 43 and on my way.

All I can give you is what's working for me and my wife. We stick to our original allowable calories, whether we work out or not. And we underestimate our calories burned. As far as food is concerned I have noticed that your sodium level is consistently high, I would get rid of the Jamie Oliver salt curry. And if we are…

I never eat my exercise calories back. I eat to my 1570 every day, workout or not.

I tried cutting it out completely the first month with mixed success. Ok, failed miserably. Thanks to this app though I am able to moderate my food during the day to accommodate a beer or two. And because I'm honest to myself, I learn from my beerstakes when I over consume.

Just from personal experience, I find maintaining pace outdoors a lot harder than the treadmill. The motorized treadmill is forcing me to move, outdoors its all me.

The biggest thing, be honest with yourself, no one is judging here, we all fall off, it's the getting back on that means success over failure. Use the app everyday, if you miss go back and try to put in what you remember. Don't drink alcohol, it's a non starter in the beginning. But most of all, be honest. Take your lumps,…

You would very quickly notice that you were hungry all the time, you would deprive your body of a whole plethora of needed nutrients, you'd end up eating other foods because your body would force it. Either that or get very sick.

Good job, keep it going. Just keep thinking forward.

Gotta be honest here, it all depends on your personality. I tried breaking it down to every different workout but found I was hating the time it took. If I hate it i know I will not continue, so now I guesstimate, as long as I keep seeing steady progress I am satisfied with this course of action, if this changes then I…

I might be off course here, but I WOG. Walk/Jog, I'm working up to jogging full time but there is a lot of walking involved. Combining correct eating habits with moderate exercise is working wonders for me.

Food buffers are, Steel Cut Oats ( porridge) , Raw Almonds, Flax Seed added to, well, anything. Vegetable oils are great, brown rice added to salads, veggie chili and the like, all high calorie low everything else foods.

Type in olive garden into your MFP app, it will give you ammunition as to what to order.

It's high in sugar and fat. I am eating select dairy. Cottage cheese, Greek yogurt in place of sour cream, and for a treat once in awhile I have one of those little zero yogurts. Unfortunately I have pretty much cut out milk because it's relatively high in sugar for what you get, and most cereal is also high in sugar, cut…

I concur, using the MFP app is foolproof. Be honest, set up the program, and track everything that passes your lips, if you stay within the limits set for you you will lose weight. If not then you are one of the .00001% of the population that has a medical problem or you are lying to yourself. A few tips are, Set small…

Takes more time, but walk, walk, walk. Tape the broken toe, ice it when you get back from your walk. The one thing you may want to consider is up your raw vegetable intake and reduce everything else until you can up your exercise again. Negative calorie whole raw foods are miracle foods.
-
Makes sense, processed foods are the devils work. Eat mother natures bounty and exceed.
-
Raw almonds, slowly.

Enjoy your day, lose the guilt, tomorrow is a new day. Once about every two weeks or less if I need it I have a blowout day. My best one I doubled my allowable calories and tripled my allowable sodium. The 5 week weight guess at the end of the day was enough to motivate me to stay on track for another couple of weeks.
-
All your plates must be at least half green. Only consume animal products once a day. Raw green veggies, yes, this means broccoli, sugar peas, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, green beans, 4-5 cups of these as a snack with 2 tablespoons of whatever dip you like and there will be no room for the crap. The obvious…

It's a game for me, if I am feeling hungry and want to pig out I do aim for as many calories burned possible but I am usually just happy that I could find the time at all to exercise. My average cardio workout is around 550 I think.

I started waking up a half hour earlier. Started doing cardio 15 minutesvata time, once I got into the groove I found the time to up my time. I work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, and yet I have now found 60-75 minutes at least 3 times a week to hop on my elliptical trainer and sweat. Start small, 10 minutes, 15, 20, do…
