Max. heartrate and Insanity workout question
I am in week four of the insanity workout and my heartrate is still shooting up to my supposed max heartrate of around 180ish . My question is this, is it ok for me to workout to the point where my HR will spike that high, and if so how long is it safe to keep it there before it goes pop?

My BMI is in the healthy range
Yahoo, not losing a ton of weight right now but my BMI registered in the healthy range on my scale for the first time in a long time thanks to major cardio.

Ive recently upped my exercise regime 10 fold, my MFP caloric intake recommendation is usually now between 3800-4200 calories to attain a 2 pound per week weight loss.
