Used a recipe I found on here for the mix and saved 2/3rds of the cost of buying the name brand Skinny B cereal, and there is just no difference. Love this stuff with yogurt.

Just an addendum, I got the hemp hearts and the chia seeds at Costco and the buckwheat at Nutters.

I made that recipe a few weeks ago and I felt like it made me, constipated. Does that happen with the cereal or may it have just been a fluke?
