Ive recently upped my exercise regime 10 fold, my MFP caloric intake recommendation is usually now between 3800-4200 calories to attain a 2 pound per week weight loss. Eating healthy, I am only able to consume between 1800-2200 calories and then there is just no more room at the inn so to speak.
Based on numerous thoughts here, my weightloss should stall with that much deficit, what are your thoughts and predictions?

You can keep eating at the 2200 calorie spot until you notice if you stall or your stomach catches up with the exercise. Then, I would suggest bulking your meals with stuff like avocados, olives, nuts and peanut butter. My thoughts are, keep doing what you're doing until your body stops changing.0
